Emerald Shears is a web based platform dedicated to helping students pass the TX state Operator Written Examination. The website works by helping students and instructors identify a students strengths and weaknesses in the areas of study for the written exam. Once strengths and weaknesses are identified the program then directs the students as to which areas to concentrate their study's and then later retests their overall knowledge until a student is identified as being ready to attempt the actual state exam.
